Besides the price of the apartment, the budget includes property acquisition tax, notary and lawyer fees, registration of ownership and other mandatory costs of closing the deal. The final amount depends on the chosen property and the terms of purchase. Before the contract is signed, we provide a detailed breakdown of all costs so that you know the full price of the purchase in advance.
Yes. The transaction can be completed remotely by power of attorney, without traveling to Greece at every stage. We guide the process in Russian: we help prepare the documents, obtain a tax number, open an account if needed, carry out a legal check of the property and register ownership.
Yes. During construction, the developer offers a staged payment schedule. The size of the down payment and the following payments depend on the chosen apartments and are set out in the contract. An individual payment schedule comes with the detailed offer for the property.
Once construction is complete, the owner can hand the apartment over to a professional management company. It takes care of preparing the property for rental, finding tenants, concluding contracts, monitoring payments, maintaining the property and providing financial reports. Foreign citizens can buy property in Athens in their own name. To complete the transaction, you need to obtain a Greek tax number (AFM), prepare the required documents and pass a legal check.
